Surgical Services for Pets
Our veterinary team is able to perform a range of surgeries in-house, at our hospital. Thanks to years of expertise, you can expect our team to deliver the best quality care for your pet, during all stages of the procedure. If your pet needs a surgery that we cannot perform at our hospital, we can refer them to a specialist who will provide the care they need.
Is surgery safe for my pet?
Our veterinary team has years of experience performing a range of surgical procedures in our operating room. It can be difficult to drop your pet off for their surgery and leave without feeling anxious about their procedure. We want to assure you our team takes the health and safety of every pet extremely seriously. We do everything we can to ensure your pet has an effective procedure. As an open hospital, you’re also welcome to be with your pet in the operating room, even during complex surgeries. Ask our veterinary team if you’re interested in being present during your pet’s upcoming procedure.
What types of surgeries do you perform?
We offer a variety of surgical procedures, depending on your furry family member’s needs. If your pet requires a procedure we don’t perform at our hospital, we may refer them to a specialist. What should I expect on the day of my pet’s surgery?
Before your pet’s procedure, it’s important to closely follow all pre-surgery instructions our veterinary team provides, which might include ensuring your pet fasts and rests well the night before. Before the surgery, our veterinary team will thoroughly walk you through the procedure so you’ll know what to expect, as well as provide you with any forms that need to be signed.
